After a few years of coaching women and trying to fit sessions in our busy calendars, I've realised two things:

1- It creates additional stress trying to fit yet another appointment in between work/business and family commitments.

2- The best of the coaching is actually happens outwith the restrictive 60 minutes sessions!

The time constraint and the pressure on both the client and the coach limits insights, a-ha moments, processing, and integration- all of which really happen after the sessions.

As humans, we need time to process things, hear them several times to integrate them, and our brain gets into problem-solving mode when it can relax into alpha brain waves.

Meaning our best ideas and solutions appear to us when our brain slows down like when taking a shower or driving along a familiar road!

How does it work?

Step 1- Submit your application form

This is the first non-direct contact we'll have! This allows me to assess your needs and objectives, and see if we're a good fit.

If we're not, I'll give you pointers to steer you in the right direction. If we are, it's on to step 2!

Step 2- Pick your day

Based on your application, I’ll recommend whether a half-day or full-day session would be best for you.

I’ll then send a payment link, and we’ll agree on a date and time. Choose a day when you’ll have time to read, listen, or watch short videos, along with 10-20 minutes throughout the day for exercises or practices and to share feedback

I’ll be working behind the scenes to prepare a tailored (but flexible) plan for your session, which will include journaling, and maybe breathwork, or heart coherence exercises to get us started.

Step 3 - Get ready for coaching day!

Once you’ve downloaded the Voxer app and shared your username, we’ll begin on our scheduled day and time.

I’ll start by sharing an exercise or practice with you, and we’ll continue with back-and-forth messages during your allotted time, allowing pauses for you to reflect and integrate.

Afterward, I’ll provide you with a personalised plan to guide you forward.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for women who are ready to reduce stress and anxiety, build self-esteem and confidence, and bring clarity and direction into their lives. It’s especially supportive for mothers looking to enhance their own well-being, as well as the well-being of their children.

What does the coaching entail?

My approach combines journaling, yoga, breathwork, and heart coherence to provide a holistic coaching experience. Each session is focused on your unique needs, with personalised tools and techniques to help you move towards your goals. Following each session, you’ll have exercises and reflections to practise in your own time.

Do I need any previous experience with yoga or journaling?

No prior experience is necessary. I’ll guide you through each exercise and technique at a comfortable pace, tailored to your level. My goal is to make each practice accessible and effective, no matter where you’re starting from.

What can I expect from each session?

Each session offers a safe space for self-reflection, support, and growth. We’ll focus on themes relevant to you, such as managing stress, building confidence, or finding purpose. Together, we’ll explore your goals and challenges, and I’ll guide you through exercises that empower meaningful shifts in your life. This is fully done remotely through text messages, voice notes, and videos on the Voxer app, to allow for processing and integration. Please allow time in between to do some exercises and feedback.

What if I can’t attend the session?

Listen, I'm a mum. I know we can't plan when a child (or pet) will be sick! I understand that things can come up. If you need to reschedule, just let me know in advance, and we can find a time that works better for you.

What’s the difference between the half-day, full-day session, and the 3-month programme?

The half-day or full-day session is a one-time session focused on a specific issue or challenge, providing you with a clear plan and exercises to make immediate progress. These would be the equivalent of 2-3 x 60 minutes sessions if they were done the traditional way. The 3-month package, however, is a more in-depth journey, with regular support and practices, as well as access to all my on-demand online courses, to foster long-term growth and transformation.

Based on your application form, I'll advise if a half-fay or full-day would be more suitable. If you do decide to carry on beyond your one-off session and into the 3-month programme, I will offset the price of that first session against the investment of the programme.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on your level of engagement, but my clients experience reduced stress and anxiety, a stronger sense of self, and greater confidence and clarity. The tools and practices we use are designed to support your personal growth, resilience, and clarity in everyday life. I will help you integrate these practices into your daily life through the science of habit forming, so that you reap the benefits forever long!

What is the Voxer app, and why do you use it for communication?

Voxer is a secure messaging app that allows us to stay connected without exchanging phone numbers, offering added privacy. It’s similar to a walkie-talkie, so you can send voice or text messages at your convenience, without worrying about appearing “online.” It also allows you to read, listen, or watch what I've sent time and time again.
