Human Design is a system that combines systems such as astrology, the I Ching, and chakras. It’s a tool for understanding your unique personality, strengths, and decision-making style. During the retreat, we’ll review your chart to help you gain clarity on who you are and what truly matters to you. Your chart is drawn based on your date, time, and location of birth, which is why we ask for this information in the booking process.
Heart coherence is a state where your heart, mind, and emotions are aligned and in harmony. It’s achieved through a simple breathing practice combined with positive heart emotions, which helps with mental clarity and emotional balance. In this retreat, we’ll guide you through a heart coherence exercise to connect with your core values and inner wisdom.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-healing practice that helps balance your body, mind, and spirit. It’s non-invasive and deeply relaxing, promoting a sense of peace and well-being. During the group Reiki session, you’ll have the opportunity to experience this healing energy in a supportive environment.
No experience is necessary! The yoga session is gentle and designed for all levels. It focuses on mindful movement and relaxation, helping you reconnect with your body without any pressure or judgment.
Absolutely! Journaling isn’t about being a great writer- it’s about exploring your thoughts and feelings. We’ll guide you through simple prompts and techniques to make it easy and accessible, even if you’re completely new to it.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don't, one will be provided. We will provide you with a journal or notebook, and a pen, in your goodie bag, along with your personal human design chart. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and relaxation. You might also want to bring a water bottle and a blanket for added comfort during the sessions.
Lunch isn’t provided, so please bring a packed lunch or snacks. There is also a cafe on site. Teas and coffee would be available.
This retreat is designed to be intimate and supportive, with only 8 spaces available. This ensures a personalised and nurturing experience for everyone.
